If you do not buy your eye glasses or contacts from them they give you incomplete prescription. Which is illegal under Federal law. When you ask for a complete prescription to purchase your eyewear at another vendor they refuse to give it to you. Keep in mind you paid for this service and it belongs to you. Also their products are horrendously overpriced.

Hey everybody on here I just wanted to do a quick rant my daughter had an appointment here and because I was 10 minutes late they can't see her for six months they because of their policy so please do not be late or you will not be seeing for 6 months
